VP - Financial ControlFinanceFinance
Strategic Responsibilities:
·     Drive the strategic priorities and vision for ADPC by devising plans for implementation within the Financial Control Division and guiding execution.
·     Develop and monitor plans, systems and internal processes to govern all aspects of the Financial Control Division in accordance with the established policies, regulatory and ADPC requirements and overall direction of the Strategy
·     Provide guidelines for policies and procedures that define the operating protocols, systems and controls within the Financial Control Division to ensure efficient and accurate monitoring
·     Drive the Financial Control Division towards best practices and industry standards for the entire cycle of revenue management/monitoring.
Core Responsibilities:
·     Define and implement various financial controls and systems to ensure effective financial management of the organization
·     Oversee and streamline processes such as Financial Reporting, Financial Policies and Procedures.
·     Establish and implement effective accounting policies that adhere to corporate policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and meet statutory requirements
·     Review the annual financial statements of ADCP and ensure timely reporting of ADPC’s financial performance
·     Establish guidelines that will provide an effective evaluation of ADPC financial policies and procedures and keeping it up to date
·     Direct the Financial Control activities which includes cost control/allocation, legal accounting and preparation of financial statements
·     Liaise with VP - Projects Financial Control for cost estimation, project accounting, projects financial reporting
·     Develop guidelines / policies to govern the accounting management system
·     Direct the maintenance of accounts, and financial control activities of the organization to meet the information needs of management, the company, government and statutory bodies
Review the amortization schedule, reconciliation of bank account statements, deposits and cash
·     flow in order to ensure accuracy and comprehensive book keeping
·     Provide guidance and advise to Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets for proper capitalization/expensing of outlays and grouping of fixed assets to ensure consistency in accounting
·     Direct the processing of information including processes like compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data
People Management Responsibilites:
·     Develop the Financial Control Division’s budgets in conjunction with the Unit’s budget, track expenses and ensure adherence
·     Finalize the manning needs of the department and obtain requisite approvals
·     Manage the team under the Finance Control Division by evaluating the performance of team members, providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs and coaching them to ensure ongoing capability development
Conduct trainings for the ADPC team on various aspects on which the role holder has subject matter expertise

Cruise Terminal Facility ExecutivePortsPorts
Core Responsibilities:
·     Execute the policies and plans as defined by the Section, external and internal stakeholders.
·     Plan, coordinate and implement cruise tourism development with relevant stakeholders.
·     Oversee all project/assignments administration, including data records, reports and evaluation of completed work.
·     Managing smooth operations of the Cruise Business and key accounts
·     Undertaking day-to-day centre management and support the Cruise Terminal Manager in management responsibilities
·     Communication with local and international clients, service providers and stake holders
·     Build / maintain successful relationships with relevant external stakeholders.
·     Perform benchmarking study and visits to implement customized best practices
·     Handling inquiries and requirements of cruise lines, ship agents, tour operators and various Government Departments
·     Conduct surveys for customer satisfaction, Economic Impact and compile seasonal and annual reports for senior management
·     Represent in regional and international cruise events and exhibitions
·     Handling berth reservations, planning and allocation
·     Head the pre-arrival and planning meetings
·     Annual budget preparation and negotiations
·     Compute billing instructions for department revenues
·     Handle internal and external quality assurance audit of the department
·     Proof reading of cruise tourism department’s press releases, newsletters and marketing collaterals
·     Provide induction for new staffs and update trainings
·     Handle the department staffs performance appraisals
·     Contribute to special projects teams such as designing and constructing team for Temporary and permanent Cruise Terminals with government stakeholders.
·     Responsible for handling complaints and suggestions pertaining to cruise tourism
·     Assessment of joint marketing and advertising proposals
·     Timely review and amendment of procedures
·     Ensuring that reporting to the committee is always totally transparent.
·     Undertaking market research with relevant business requires.
·     Writing reports, business plans and making presentations as required.
·     Oversee workflows for related database, manages partner communications and resolves escalated issues or questions from external entities.
·     Obtain cruise passengers statistics from each cruise liner/ port agents.
·     Handle crew change and all relevant procedures
