Senior Architect Vacancy in Dubai

- Review the Architectural drawings and specifications at each stage of the Design to ensure completeness, correctness and compliance with the Scope of Work and Project Requirements. 
- Provide design concept for new proposed projects, including preparation of required drawings for client review and approval. 
- Lead production team for the preparation of complete package of Design Execution Drawings. 
- Develop the Architectural Design and prepare the preliminary design drawings and report assuring that the design meets the client requirements and comply with the international codes, standards and criteria. 
- Attend design review meetings with Clients and ensure the incorporation of Client's demands in the design. 
- Preparation of the required documents for Authorities' submission and approvals. 
- Interact with the market in search of new materials and construction and building systems with their availability in local and regional markets. 
Eligible to replace the Project Manager during his absence.

Qualifications Requirements Education: BSc. Architecture Sciences Experience: - 10 years (4 of them in UAE) - Experience of Mid to large scale projects Competencies Knowledge Requirements: - Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations - Civil Defense Regulations - Basic requirements of Structure and MEP disciplines - Estidama requirements (preferable) Skill Requirements: Computer Skills :- AutoCAD (2D and 3D)Microsoft Office Package ( Word, Excel,..)Revit (preferable) Personal Skills :- Accuracy and precisionInterpersonal Communication/Social skillsDealing with Work pressures and stress Fluent in Arabic and English
